Project-scale support. A clear owner for the details.
For larger or more complex jobs, add a designated Konrad Project Manager to administer the awarded rental and site-services package. The management level is defined in your proposal.

From mobilization
through recovery.
- Define products, quantities and provider responsibilities
- Connect delivery and recurring-service schedules
- Follow up on issues and agreed customer updates
- Record authorized changes and billing questions
- Plan final service, recovery and provider closeout
Onsite attendance, after-hours support and reporting frequency are scoped separately when required.
Match support to the assignment.
| Engagement | What it suits | Contact and service level |
|---|---|---|
| Rental order | A product or small package | A Konrad contact for the quoted delivery and recovery |
| Coordinated package | Multiple service categories | Named communication and scheduling responsibilities |
| Managed project | Longer duration or greater provider complexity | Designated Project Manager with agreed records, changes and updates |
Management is optional. A focused product rental remains available on its own.
Responsibilities
defined at award.
Konrad manages its awarded products, providers and administrative work. The customer or general contractor retains overall project direction, master scheduling and sitewide safety responsibilities.
Commercial clarity
The proposal identifies physical products, outside-provider costs and management services. Deposits, billing cadence, change approvals, permits and design responsibilities are agreed for the actual scope.
