Information you choose to share
Konrad uses information you provide to respond to rental inquiries, develop quotes, coordinate requested services and administer customer or provider relationships. Contact details, jobsite information and documents may be part of that request.
Website forms and email
When you submit a website form, Formspree processes and stores your inquiry and uploaded files and notifies Konrad. Quote and partner inquiries go to sales@konradsiteservices.com; customer-service requests go to service@konradsiteservices.com. When you choose an email link instead, your email provider handles the message. A request is not an accepted order or a confirmed service change until Konrad responds.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as quote starts, confirmed submissions, phone-link clicks and downloads. Form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers and uploaded documents are not sent to Google Analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. Declining analytics does not affect contact or form functionality. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice.
Attribution and storage
The website may retain the landing-page path and campaign labels for the current browser session to help Konrad understand the source of an inquiry. It does not store completed form answers in browser storage. Your analytics preference is stored on your device. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and request time.
Sharing and records
Project information may be shared with qualified providers when needed to evaluate or perform a requested scope. Konrad retains business records for operational and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact Konrad with questions or requests about your information.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers or unrelated personal information. Share sensitive project documents through the channel agreed with your Konrad contact.
