Start with the materials you need to store, the company renting the unit and the date it must be usable. A trade contractor may need one container near its work area; a general contractor may need several units delivered in stages. Both are a fit for a Konrad quote.
Nominal outside dimensions are a planning reference. Interior dimensions, door openings and the selected unit’s actual height must be confirmed before ordering shelving, loading equipment or arranging transport.

The container footprint is only part of the space required. Delivery equipment needs a suitable approach, turning area, overhead clearance and room to position the unit. Send photos of the approach and proposed location so the delivery method and clearance can be reviewed.
Choose a prepared, suitable surface and keep the recovery route in the site plan. A container placed before paving, fencing or building expansion can become difficult to remove later.

Can I rent just one storage container?
Yes. Send the size, location and dates for a single-unit quote. Additional containers and delivery phases can be scoped separately as the project develops.
Should I choose a 20-foot or 40-foot container?
Compare your stored materials and access needs with the available site footprint. A 40-foot container offers a longer storage area but also changes delivery and placement requirements. Confirm the loading route, door opening and actual unit dimensions before choosing.
How much room is needed for delivery?
The required clearance depends on the container, delivery vehicle, unloading method and site conditions. Send approach and placement photos; Konrad will confirm the specific access requirements with the delivery provider before scheduling.
Can a container move during the rental?
A relocation can be requested and quoted. Coordinate it before the move so contents, access, equipment and the new surface can be reviewed. Do not arrange an unapproved lift or relocation of a rental unit.
Do you offer high-cube or double-door containers?
Ask about available high-cube and double-door configurations. Your quote will confirm the size, door arrangement, condition and delivery timing for your project.
Can you design and fabricate a custom container?
Yes. Send the intended use, sketches and desired modifications to begin a custom-order scope. Design requirements, approvals, fabrication details and supply terms are established before work is released.
Can an ordinary container be used as a pedestrian tunnel?
That use requires a purpose-designed solution and project-specific review. Our corridor images are concepts, not evidence that a standard container is suitable for overhead protection or public occupancy.
